Rossa Shanks and Rich Brown started the site in 2010 as a Facebook page run on the side of their marketing and advertising jobs. They now work on the website full-time and to keep the service free, have started selling specially commissioned printed maps (by illustrator Charlie Davis) featuring many of their ‘great little places’.

 Nice to see the Rivoli ballroom on there.

The plan is to take the concept beyond London – with maps to match – but in the meantime if you’ve got any places to add then get yourself over there.
