Wallpaper round-up

Is it possible to have a three day hangover? I’m just emerging from the fog that has engulfed me since attending a party for Timorous Beasties and Brinton’s collaboration on Thursday. The main event was for their huge carpets in petrol blues, greys and ochre – yes maybe my friend did drop a slice of pizza on one but I think we cleaned it up ok – but my favourites were the new vinyl wallpapers. Meant for commercial buildings, but presumably perfect for any room you might need to wipe clean in a hurry.

Also hot off the wallpaper presses is a new range from Graham & Brown. Although hardly groundbreaking it’s interesting to see a new take on a woodscape wallpaper. Personally I find images of your actual woods too spooky to have in my house, but Cole & Son’s Woods has been around for ages, and maybe this will be its successor.

C’mon, there was no need to bring up the pizza incident!

You’ve outed yourself as the carpet vandal. Cool

If only you’d dropped it on the wipe-clean vinyl.

Can’t believe I’m not on your blog roll anymore. That is so rude.

I might stop buying floral things in protest.

    (Yeah. Right.)
