Guillaume Delvigne’s stuff

I found designer Guillaume Delvigne’s website saved on my desktop and couldn’t for the life of me remember why, but I’m still liking what I see. Look at his lovely textured porcelain vases. Do you think a yellow petrol cannister would transfer well to a home installation?

Guillaume Delvigne Vases Textures The whole website is in French so forgive me for providing minimal info. After much trawling I recognised the collection of vases below, I think from seeing them at Cos. I always spot them at the tills in the Regent Street store, normally when I’m contemplating grabbing for a last minute cuff or belt.

Guillaume Delvigne Further delving unearthed some diy embroidered containers:

I’m hitting Clerkenwell Design Week today armed with a notebook, so more informed musings on other designers coming soon. Meantime, here’s a post on Sister Wolf’s short-term memory concerns that I enjoyed this week and found scarily easy to identify with.
