Curator’s eye

We’ve been asked to curate some collections!

Ebay got in touch with us – well it was inevitable after all those hours we’ve spent e-stalking vintage Formica tables in Middlesborough – to ask us to curate a series of collections. The idea being that we – along with lots of other stylists and bloggers – demonstrate how diverse the range of products on eBay really is. I have only used eBay for vintage items in the past, but the brief was to choose a mix of old and new. I was, I admit, surprised to find that we were able to create collections entirely in tune with our usual decorative fancies…

Try and have a guess who’s board is who’s. There is even a collection board for our fantasy office up there – a dream we’re currently woefully falling short of. We’ve only just bought a bin. Please, do come over and have a look at all 12 of our eBay collections, here.

This is exciting! The link doesn’t show anything in the shop though >_< but maybe I'm not doing it right?

hmmm – we had a few problems with this ourselves! The collections should be there if you scroll down, but sometimes they’re not. Joys of the internet… x

I go through months of cold turkey, think I can trust myself again, and before I know it I’m bidding on some granny’s furniture at the other end of the country. Bad for bank balance, but sort of meditative too, all that scrolling…
