Unfinished business
I’m not great at finishing things, and my house is testament to my stop-just-short-of-done attitude. There are all sorts of little bits that I haven’t done, and now I’ve been here nearly two years they probably never will be. Years from now someone will move in here after I leave, and marvel at what sort of beast can leave an inch-wide strip of wallpaper missing round a door.
It’s this and other unfinished tasks that we own up to in a guest post over at design magazine and shop Llustre.com. We both picked three things we just wished we’d finished from the get-go, so get on over to Llustre to share the shame. Don’t beat yourself up over that one. Just blame the cowboy decorators and make a note not to get them in again…….here today, gone tomorrow!
