Acid drops

I know there’s nothing new in this, it isn’t hot off the press or anything, but as Autumn arrives I’m fully back on board with my original plan for a grey and acid yellow living room. The trigger – these gorgeous new cushions, wallpapers and bits and bobs from Ferm Living.

Thanks to the ever on-the-case Home Shopping Spy for the image montage. My own plans include covering my 50s sofa with charcoal grey and putting Kuboaa’s acid yellow Wisteria wallpaper. Now all I need to do is find the perfect grey for the other walls…

    Hi,
Came across your blog today and thought I’d post about grey paint. I, too am on the search for a perfect grey. I suppose you’re already aware of the popularity of F &B Downpipe? My favourite dark is from a house in Denmark, the nearest I can find is Elephant by Albany paints.
For pale I like Rita Says by Paint Library.
Love the sulphur yellow and grey.
    Best wishes
    A

Thanks. Someone else recommended Paint Library for greys. I also like Sanderson but every shop I go to for a paint chart has the good greys missing. I sense a trend.
