Colour combinations

These images are by photo-realist painter Paul Winstanley. These chairs recur in various combinations in a number of pictures, and each grabs me as a surprising and pleasing mix of colours.

      Yes the veils really struck me too, both for the colour and the eerie, Twin Peaks feel to them.

    F&B colours 2,3,4 and 5 are haunting me at the moment. Can’t get them out of my head… possible bedroom scheme?

    except red, which should be more careful not to overdo it, pastels are doing very well in the dorms.
    I liked the composition of seats.

      The red is what makes this colour set for me! But only mixed in with the other pastels – it’s such a surprising contrast. Thanks for commenting.
